- Assistance with Caravans
- Order, pick-up, deliver and set up refreshment
- Deliver flyers to agents
- Provide on-site staffing - Assistance with Open Houses
- Arrange to have cookies, coffee, balloons and a fresh bouquet at an Open House
- Prep the Open House – light cleanup, air freshener, candles lit - Drop off, pick up and have keys made
- Assist in caretaking of empty homes
- Stock clients’ refrigerator with groceries in their new home
- Provide and mail “Change of Address” and “Our New Address” cards for customers
- Deliver and remove lock-boxes (dependent on type used)
- Provide “wait” services for your new home buyers (cable, phone service, etc.)
- Shop for and delivery closing gifts
