How Does It Work?

  1. First, contact us via email (erov@bellsouth.net), or call us directly (770 431-9487).
  2. Decide if you want to use our services a la carte or sign up for a prepaid membership.
  3. Begin using Errand Runners of Vinings by submitting your requests by phone, fax, or email.
  4. Payment for services will be due upon completion of the service or hours will be deducted from a prepaid membership account.
  5. Additional charges, such as dry cleaning, groceries, etc. will be reimbursed upon completion of your service.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I set up a regular schedule for my errands? Absolutely! We can set up a regular schedule for weekly, monthly, or any other time period you may need. You can also just call us when an errand need arises.
  2. What payment options do I have? Unless otherwise arranged, payment must be made upon completion of the service. You will be given an invoice that details your errands along with receipts for any purchases made. You can pay using cash, check, or credit card (Visa/Mastercard). You can also prepay by purchasing memberships.
  3. When does billing time start? We will begin tracking our time when we leave to run your errand. That may be from our location or from yours.

Hours of Operation

  • Business office hours are 8:00a.m. – 6:00p.m., Monday – Friday, however we can be reached at any time.
  • Services may be available by appointment beyond business office hours (additional fees may apply).

General Information and Conditions

  • We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours.
  • We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Errand Runners of Vinings maintains the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its staff.
  • Pet services (including the transportation of pets) require that the client provide a suitable pet carrier, and proof of rabies vaccination.
  • Privacy policy – All personal and credit card information collected by Errand Runners of Vinings will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to Errand Runners of Vinings or their selected service provider.
